Raleigh Kincaid

Raleigh is a retired Marriage and Family Therapist. He was one of the first therapists in Kentucky to integrate a full-time mental health practitioner into a Family Practice medical practice. For many years, Raleigh enjoyed being with, talking with, and connecting with families and individuals from all walks in efforts to help them manage and even grow through the rough seasons of their lives. He considers their trust in him to be one of the great honors of his life. Raleigh is the founding member of Exploracast as he wanted a way to continue to connect with and help people even after formal retirement.

Raleigh has been married for nearly 40 years, has two adult children and (so far!) three wonderful grandchildren. He enjoys making music, golfing, fishing, and being in the outdoors. He is also especially proud of his Appalachian heritage.

Larry Gray

Larry retired from Baptist Health Kentucky & Southern Indiana in 2023 after 40 years of service in a variety of executive roles. He began his healthcare career as a clinically trained chaplain and certified clinical pastoral educator. Larry believes his previous education and early work as a pastoral care giver have helped shape his views on servant leadership, mentoring and organizational culture, all personal and academic interests he pursues in retirement. He currently mentors students and early careerists and teaches leadership and organizational ethics in healthcare. Larry deeply appreciates his years of relationship, fishing, camping and golf with Raleigh and Ken and the ways they challenge him emotionally and spiritually along this journey.

Larry and Mary Ida have been married for nearly 43 years and have 5 children, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Ken Bailey

Ken Bailey is pastor of a Presbyterian church in small town Oklahoma. Most of his professional life was spent as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working in a variety of clinical settings. In his role as therapist and minister, he has felt fortunate to walk with clients and parishioners through the seasons and struggles of life. More recently he has enjoyed being a part of the Exploracast team, connecting with folks in a completely different medium.

Married for 55 years to his high school sweetheart, he is the father of two adult children, and three grandchildren. He enjoys listening to and playing music, fly fishing for mountain trout, writing and taking naps.

Jeff Foxx

W. Jeffrey Foxx is a retired physician who founded Family Practice Associates and practiced primary care medicine in Lexington, Kentucky for over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, completed his family medicine residency at St Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana and is board certified in family medicine. He has served on multiple hospital and health system boards.

He has been married for 46 years, has 2 children and 1 grandchild. He produces and hosts a monthly television show Family Practice and uses his media experience to edit and produce Exploracast. He enjoys music, boating, golfing and eating.
